I highlight where the deal appears strong, where it is exposed, and what assumptionns are doing the heavy lifting. We then walk through the findings so you can make a clear, informed and defensible decision.

I help you identify risk, address your concerns with the sponsor, pressure-test their answers, and turn vague promises and marketing fluff into clear expectations so your downside risk is minimized.
